We take boxers from the age of 10 years. We train them in the art of boxing. Before entering the ring a boxer takes part in a physical exercise i.e. skipping, punch bag, shadow boxing and pad work.

Club Nights include training and playing games. Coaching is available for beginners and allinterested. Opportunity to enter competition - both league and cup matches. All levels are welcome and great fun and exercise is guaranteed.

We provide encouragement in life to children whilst taking part in a sport. Develop skills in soccer and hopefully giving the kids fond memories. It’s all about the kids! Summer soccer schools available.

We do a weekly litter pick rotating from Brooklodge to Glanmire, to Riverstown, to Sallybrook. We plant flowers, shrubs and trees. We clean and paint railings, flower tubs, bridges, campaign for litter bins. We’ve enter the Cork County Council’s litter challenge. Your ideas/help in keeping Riverstown a fantastic place to live will be much appreciated.
