This is to encourage reporting of environmental pollution, including water and air pollution, fly-tipping, and illegal dumping of waste
Now they have this very handy Mobile APP for your iPhone Download it from the iTunes APP store or Android phone Download it from the Google Play store

Your complaint is acknowledged by email and sent to the relevant council department to investigate.
